Having struggled with a very deep rooted medical  phobia for as long as I can remember. I tried various strategies over the years but nothing worked until EFT. The gentle rhythmic tapping combined with the verbal statements and reminders, helped me to feel grounded and safe. EFT gave me a practical and accessible tool to manage my anxiety. I am now at the stage where I can make and attend medical appointments and I am not stressed out. Thank you to Susan, overall I feel more in control, less afraid and more at ease. Give it a go, it may change your life.
